There's something timeless about gathering around a table as the sun begins to set. Surrounded by the vines, this month's Supper Club captures the spirit of Spain, where long evenings, generous sharing platters and exceptional local ingredients bring people together.
Begin with a selection of authentic Spanish-inspired nibbles before the centrepiece of the evening arrives: a magnificent Txuleton-style bone-in ribeye, perfectly cooked and served with Jersey Royals, smoky romesco, golden Manchego croquetas, grilled Spanish chorizo, roasted piquillo peppers and a fresh tomato and red onion ensalada.
Finish with a choice of two iconic Spanish desserts, a beautifully burnt Basque cheesecake with seasonal berries or a silky citrus-infused crema Catalana with its signature caramelised sugar crust.
